We will usually get your order ready for despatch within 7 working days or sooner if possible.
We will then send it to you via the following postal services:

Smaller parcels of up to 6 items: Sent via 48 Hour Royal Mail Post. - There may be delays in this service because the Postal Service are taking longer than usual in some instances due to Corvid-19. Sorry.
7 items and above: Sent via Next Day Courier (Monday to Friday) and will require a signature or instructions for the driver.

In the unlikely event that products are out of stock we will notify you to see if our anticipated delivery date is acceptable, or to arrange cancellation of your order.


Urgent Next Day Delivery NOT AVAILABLE FOR NOW SORRY

Next day Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery is possible for an additional cost of £5.50.
This is not an online service, you will need to arrange this by telephone (Monday to Friday before 10.00am) to confirm availability of the product, and to pay via credit card over the telephone. Our telephone number is +44 (0) 1782 845870.


Delivery direct to recipient or different address than the cardholder address

The recipient will not see the payment receipt - it will be sent to the buyer.


Delivery outside Mainland UK

We can ship outside of the UK. We will need to check destination and parcel weight to enable us to give you a shipping quote and delivery time. Gift Wrapping and Message Cards

All products can be gift wrapped for a charge of £2.50. Your goods will be beautifully gift wrapped and finished with an attractive ribbon. We can also hand write a personal message card to be included with your gift if required. The charge for gift wrapping cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

Paying By Cheque

Please make cheque payable to Repeat Repeat Ltd. and include your cheque guarantee card number, name and address on the back of the cheque. Please note that payment by cheque will delay delivery as goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with our service and or products we'll be happy to refund the purchase price and (standard) delivery cost. You must inform us at sales@repeatrepeat.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days after that to return the goods to us.

You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. The Gift Wrapping Charge cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

When we have received the product in its unused original condition, including packaging, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods and our standard delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. You will need to pay for, and arrange the return carriage of the goods back to us yourselves.

If you return an item to us which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. If this happens, please contact us first at sales@repeatrepeat.co.uk and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Please include a written reason for return of the contents and return it with your parcel. You must remember to include your proof of purchase from Repeat Repeat.
